Step 2: Get a free quotation from JingSourcing and compare it with any existing quotes from your own supplier.

Frequently asked questions
Who covers losses if quality issues are found after shipment?
Plan A: If we miss defects, we cover the loss or replace the goods. JingSourcing
Plan B: We inspect to AQL standards and provide a report. We assist with factory communication.
Is there a minimum order value?
No strict minimum. Orders below $500 per product may incur a small handling fee, which we’ll disclose upfront.
How is the service fee calculated for low-value mixed orders?
For the Basic Plan, the minimum service fee is $100.
For both the Basic Plan and Pro Plan, when ordering multiple products, each should have a minimum purchase value of $500. However, we calculate this as an average across all items.
If the total order value divided by the number of products meets or exceeds $500 (e.g., $2,000 for four products), no additional handling fee applies.
If the total falls short and includes too many low-value items, a $25 handling fee per product will be charged for those below the minimum.
Will you share the supplier information from the Pro Plan?
We can’t disclose the supplier details under most circumstances. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.
How do you conduct quality inspections?
By default, we provide free quality inspections according to AQL 2.5 standards, regardless of whether
the cargo has been reworked by factories due to previous quality issues.
We can also offer inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-by-one basis, but this service is charged
separately and quoted accordingly.
How do you charge for photography?
Photos start at $3 each.
